Michael Fox
Senior Bankcard Specialist
Mr. Fox brings approximately 5 years of sales experience to Group ISO and is also our in-house interchange expert. Mr. Fox is tasked with acquiring merchants, associations and franchises to expand this organization’s portfolio. Other responsibilities include teaching and explaining interchange rates to ISO’s, agents and merchants. Also Mr. Fox conducts rate analysis for merchants to show cost savings and their ROI. Periodically he’s involved with the risk department in educating merchants on how to combat charge backs.
